David Fuentes

Founder of FRAC Business Solutions

David Fuentes has dedicated more than 30 years of his professional life to consulting and designing tourism products, having developed more than 150 projects internationally. He began his career as a process optimization consultant participating in several projects, mostly in the automotive industry. In 1993 he joined RCI México as responsible for the operational planning of its call centers and later occupying different positions in various divisions of the company at regional and international level.

As of 1997, he joined the Global Product Development Group of RCI LLC and participated in consulting projects and design of tourism products in Mexico, South America, Europe and internal products of the company. At the same time, he heads a hotel and resort software division for Latin America leading automation projects in Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Brazil and Mexico.

Since 2001 he has occupied different directions in RCI corporation for the Latin American region and since 2007 the direction of the Business Consulting Division worldwide, developing more than 150 projects with important groups in Mexico, South America, the Caribbean, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Spain and England.

In November 2019, he started his own consulting and business solutions development firm FRAC Business Solutions.

He has participated as a lecturer and panelist in various business, tourism and real estate events in Mexico, the United States, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Panama and collaborated in courses, seminars at the Universidad Anáhuac, ITAM, ITESM and Universidad Pan American.

David is a Computer Systems Engineer with a specialty in Process Analysis and studied a postgraduate degree in Business Analysis and Engineering.

Leonel Matiz

With 24 years of experience in the vacation industry, he has played strategic roles in areas of Technology, Operations Implementation, Contact Center Management and Consulting for different companies in several Latin American countries.

He has led the development of tourism real estate product concepts and business solutions for more than 20 projects in the Vacation Property industry and participated in the execution of more than 80 projects for the most important groups in the industry.

He has participated as a speaker at the main events of the vacation industry in Latin America, written articles for specialized publications and has collaborated as a professor with institutions such as the Universidad Anáhuac, Universidad del Golfo de California and Amdetur.

He studied Systems Engineering at the Francisco José de Caldas District University in Bogotá, Colombia. He has studies in Strategic Administration, Development of Management Competencies and Market Research.

Juan Carlos Arouesty

Juan Carlos has a Law degree with a master's degree in comparative law and postgraduate studies in European Community Law as well as a postgraduate degree in International Contracts.

He began his professional practice in 1994. Prior to joining BRAQ as a founding partner, in 2006 he founded Quintana Arouesty, S.C. He collaborated for more than 12 years in Noriega y Escobedo, A.C., one of the most renowned firms in Mexico at that time; In 2005 he joined Thacher Proffitt & Wood, S.C., in the areas of real estate, energy, contracts, transactional and corporate law.

His experience includes advising foreign and Mexican companies, subsidiaries of foreign consortia, as well as Mexican groups and individuals with business activity, regarding:

  • Transactions and Contracts in general such as distribution, marketing, provision of services, loans, joint ventures, trusts, joint ventures, sales, leases, etc.
  • Real Estate Operations in general; creation of legal schemes for tourist and residential projects such as “fractional ownership”, vacation club, timeshare, memberships, condominium regimes, etc.
  • Legal schemes for the promotion of investment and the development of projects such as contributions of movable and immovable property, capital contributions, debt vehicles, etc.
  • Creation of companies, shareholder or partner agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law in general.

Yahvéh Dávila

Since the beginning of his professional life, Yahvéh has carried out his professional activities exclusively in Revenue Management, in the aviation and vacation ownership sectors, which have given him more than 20 years of experience in this field.

Within the aviation sector at Aeroméxico, as responsible and leader of the routes to Europe and South America, he performed functions focused on the analysis and design of price and inventory strategies, which with the application of innovative business strategies, generated that these began to be profitable for the company.

In vacation ownership industry, he was the leader of the multi-regional team for Latin America and the Caribbean at RCI, being responsible for the processes of analysis, negotiation, optimization and strategic planning of inventories from affiliated developments, in order to maximize use and income for an optimal balance for the benefit of the company, its partners and affiliates.

At RCI, he was also responsible for the consulting processes in Revenue Management, as well as for the travel agency to serve Latin American partners, in charge of negotiating with suppliers and leading the operations team, which allows him to have a more complete perspective of businesses, in the process of optimizing projects and processes.

Yahvéh has a degree in Administrative Industrial Engineering and a Master in International Administration from the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur. He has participated in seminars and conferences at the Universidad Anáhuac, and the Mexican Association of Tourism Developers (AMDETUR)
