Entering New Markets: Raices Real Estate

Grupo Raices, the largest housing real estate group in Paraguay, decides to enter the tourism industry and seeks the construction of 4 hotel properties with artificial lagoons as the main attraction.

David Fuentes is contacted for the conceptualization and development of 4 different vacation products, which could get the most out of the properties. A market analysis is carried out and a proposal is made for a differentiated concept for each of the products, as well as a business model and its marketing strategy. Various concepts of vacation products are proposed; condo-hotel, fractional ownership, timeshare and a vacation club with which it is intended to obtain a better performance of the 4 properties and to be able to potentiate the sales process. Today, Grupo Raices has more than 4 successful vacation products throughout Paraguay, oriented to different types of markets and profiles.
